Rhea

Registered Dental Hygienist

our team

“I strongly believe good oral health takes diligent home care and good technique. That is why I spend extra time with each of my patients with instructions for proper oral hygiene. Having patients come back for their re-care appointments and seeing a dramatic difference in their oral health makes me love my job even more.”

Rhea has worked in the dental field for more than 12 years. She graduated magna cum laude and received a community service award from the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Rhea has been recognized for her volunteer work; she has received the Ellen S. Flanagan Volunteer Service Award, the Outstanding Member Award from the Hygienists’ Association, and the Component Recognition Award.

She has served as the vice president of the Northern Virginia Dental Hygienists’ Association for the last seven years, and is currently president elect. She truly enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic and Mission of Mercy.

Originally from California, Rhea is enjoying the beautiful seasons of the East Coast. She loves river rafting, hiking, camping, and trying new and interesting foods. Most of all, she enjoys time with her husband Jack, daughter Hailey, and son Logan.

Cecily

Front Desk Coordinator

our team

“I am the first person you see when you walk in. I work closely with patients and their insurance plans. One of my goals is to help maximize your insurance benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket expense.”

Cecily started her career in the dental field three years ago when she was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy (a temporary paralysis of one side of the face) that was caused by an infected tooth. Like many, she didn’t understand that ignoring a dental infection could lead to something so serious. Her goal is to prevent that from happening to others.

Cecily is a mother of two boys, Adrian and Joseph. She enjoys having cookouts with her family, taking her boys to the park, and most of all, yearly trips to California where she was born.

Francis

Dental Assistant

our team

“At times, patients are anxious in a dental setting. My job is to turn that anxiety into comfort. I like to make sure that their time spent in our dental office is pleasant.”

Francis has a strong passion for dentistry. She is always willing to take on a challenge. Her smile and sweet personality put everyone at ease.

Francis is a native of Virginia. Her five-year-old son Michael keeps her busy with sports and school activities. She loves spending time with her friends and family.

Sasha

our team

“Laughter is the best medicine. I know some patients are apprehensive about dental treatment. I find joy in making patients feel at ease, and love to see them smile.”

Sasha feels dentistry is her calling. She is intrigued by the various dental procedures and always finds something new that strikes her interest. In the future, Sasha plans to further her dental education by becoming a hygienist.

Sasha enjoys camping with her family as well as many other outdoor activities. She spent most of her years traveling overseas with her parents, who work for the foreign service.
