Giving Back to Our Community: 22 Years of Service at Burke Dental Center
At Burke Dental Center, being part of the community means more than providing dental care. For the past 22 years, Dr. Nabeel Khan and the Burke Dental Center team have continually looked for meaningful ways to give back to the community that has supported our practice.
From supporting local organizations and community programs to sponsoring youth athletics, we believe a successful local business has a responsibility to invest in the people and families around it.
Supporting Youth Sports in Our Community
One area that has always been especially important to us is youth sports.
The benefits of youth athletics extend far beyond learning how to throw a baseball or win a game. Sports teach children lessons they can carry throughout their lives: teamwork, discipline, perseverance, responsibility, sportsmanship, and how to handle both success and disappointment.
Most importantly, young athletes learn that being part of a team means showing up for others—not just themselves. We believe those experiences can play an important role in helping children develop into confident, responsible, and compassionate adults.
Proud to Support ANSLL Little League Baseball
Our latest community partnership is with Annandale-North Springfield Little League (ANSLL). For the Spring 2026 baseball season, Burke Dental Center proudly sponsored four ANSLL teams, helping support young athletes and the volunteers and families who make Little League baseball possible.
The team pictured above is one of those teams—the ANSLL Knuckleballers—and we couldn't be happier to see the Burke Dental Center name associated with such a great group of young athletes.
For us, sponsorship isn't simply about putting our name on a banner. It's about helping local programs continue providing children with opportunities to play, learn, make friends, compete, and grow.
Over the past 22 years, Dr. Nabeel Khan and Burke Dental Center have had the privilege of caring for generations of families from Burke, Fairfax, Springfield, Annandale, and throughout Northern Virginia.
Many of the children we first met as young dental patients are now adults, and some are bringing families of their own to our office. Those long-term relationships are one of the reasons community involvement remains so important to us.
We are proud to be a locally owned dental practice in Burke, VA, and we will continue looking for opportunities to support local schools, youth sports, charitable organizations, and other programs that strengthen the communities we serve.
